Social and Benefits and Hospitality Ministries at St Aloysius
The Social and Benefits and Hospitality Ministries at St Aloysius include all members of the St Aloysius community. Some of the groups that aid us all in this important ministries are:
- Our Ministers of Hospitality welcome parishioners and serve the needs of both the individual and the community during liturgies. Through words and gestures ushers extend a joyous invitation to worship. “Whoever welcomes me, welcomes the One who sent me. “ (John 13:40)
- Our Youth Ushers fulfill all the duties of an usher. An important way for children (age 7 and older) to learn about providing welcome and hospitality and to get involved in service.
- The Social and Benefit Committee serves the parish by providing celebrations for feasts and special occasions. plans fund raising activities and social events for the parish community. Provides a spirit of hospitality at St. Aloysius.
