READERS (ADULTS)

Proclaiming the Word of God is both a privilege and a responsibility. The reader does not merely read words but allows the Word to penetrate their heart and in faith allows the Spirit to speak through them. "And my word goes forth from my mouth, it shall not return to me void, but shall do my will, achieving the end for which I sent it. "(Isaiah 55:10-11) The US Catholic Bishops Conference offers the Readings for the day at Daily Readings . They also offer a podcast with reflections for the day's readings. These are valuable tools for all.

Do all that has to be done . . . and you will shine in the world like bright stars because
you are offering it the word of life.
Philippians 2:13-16
